These terms cover your use of this collection, published by Field Assembly LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no subscription. You are reading a free publication, so these terms are correspondingly short, and the section that matters most is the second one.

What this site is
This is a structured record of published research on GLP-1 drugs, assembled to answer a question the research was mostly not designed to answer: what, if anything, these drugs do for people who are already healthy. Every study links to its original source. Facts taken from a paper are kept apart from our judgments about it, and every judgment is versioned, so an earlier view stays on the record rather than vanishing.
It is incomplete by design, and parts of it are visibly unfinished — some assessments were generated automatically and are marked unreviewed, and several outcomes are marked not yet assessed. Those labels mean what they say. Read them.
The collection is free in full and independent of every drug manufacturer, journal, regulator and health-care provider it mentions.

This is not medical advice, and we are not your clinician. Reading these pages creates no professional relationship of any kind. Nothing here recommends starting, stopping, or changing any medication, at any dose, for anyone. The collection describes what studies found in the people those studies enrolled. It does not tell you what will happen to you, and it is not capable of doing so.
The original paper governs, always. These pages summarise what was published on a stated date. Papers are corrected and retracted, trials report late, and a summary that was exact when it was recorded can be wrong by the time you read it. Every study page links to the original for this reason. Where a page here and the paper disagree, the paper is what counts.
A biomarker is not a benefit. Much of what is recorded here is a change in a blood marker, not a change in whether anyone lived longer or felt better. The collection never treats the first as evidence of the second, and neither should you. Animal and laboratory findings are likewise never treated as evidence about people.
Our certainty ratings are ours, not GRADE. Where a rating is on the Field Assembly scale it is labelled as such and is not a GRADE rating, however similar the words look. Where a formal GRADE rating appears it belongs to whoever published it and is shown with their citation. The distinction is on every page that carries a rating, and it matters: one is a published consensus judgment, the other is ours.
If something important turns on it, verify it and get help. Read the linked original, and make decisions about medication with a clinician who knows your circumstances. This collection exists to tell you what the research says and where to find it, so that you can ask better questions. It does not exist to answer them for you.
Accuracy is taken seriously here and judgments are re-checked as the evidence moves. Even so, no page is warranted to be complete, current, or correct, and it cannot be, because the research underneath it is not ours and does not hold still.
Corrections
Corrections are made on the record. When something here is wrong, the page is fixed and the change is recorded, rather than the page being edited silently. Judgments are versioned for the same reason: a rating that changes should show that it changed.
If you find an error, write to hello@fieldassembly.net. A link to the paper you are reading it against is the most useful thing you can send. Please do not send your medical details; they are not needed to fix a page, and the privacy page explains why.
Using these pages
Read them, quote them, link to them, and hand them to someone who needs them. Attribution is appreciated and a link is better than a citation, because it lets the next person check the sources for themselves. The study records are published as data at /evidence.json so the collection can be audited rather than believed.
Do not present these pages as your own, and do not republish them in a form that strips the source links, the dates, the version history, or the labels that say an assessment is unreviewed or an outcome not yet assessed. Those are the parts that make the rest worth trusting. Republishing a certainty rating without the label distinguishing our scale from GRADE misrepresents it, and we will ask you to stop.
Do not use these pages to market a drug, a supplement, a clinic, or a program. Do not use automated means to overload the site. There is no other acceptable-use rule worth writing, because there is nothing here to abuse: no accounts, no uploads, no user content, and no way to reach anyone but us.

The quoted passages are not ours. Titles, abstracts and quoted sentences belong to the authors and publishers of the papers they come from, and are quoted, with attribution and a link, for the purpose of reporting and commenting on published research — the ordinary business of a reference work. Bibliographic data from PubMed and trial records from ClinicalTrials.gov are used under the terms those services publish.
Copyright questions and infringement notices are handled through Field Assembly's DMCA and copyright process.

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Field Assembly LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it, including any decision made about a medication.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case the limitations above apply only as far as that state permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes, and contact
These terms may be revised. The effective date at the top records when, and a material change will be described rather than slipped in.
