Which GLP-1 drug is which
Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus are all semaglutide. Mounjaro and Zepbound are both tirzepatide. Studies are usually reported by molecule, not brand, so this page maps each brand sold in the United States to its molecule, says what its current label covers, and links to the studies of that molecule in this collection.

The two semaglutide tablets are not interchangeable with each other by dose. Their shared label says: “RYBELSUS and OZEMPIC tablets are not substitutable on a mg-to-mg basis.”

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide
Compounded versions are made by pharmacies, not by the manufacturers above, and are not FDA-approved. FDA's page on unapproved GLP-1 drugs says: “This means the agency does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.” FDA's page.
