Inclusion Criteria: * Children aged 6-12 years * BMI Z-score ≥ +3 * Previous unsuccessful lifestyle intervention Exclusion Criteria: * Severe chronic diseases * Cardiac disease * Dermatological contraindication * Use of interfering medications
